Returns Policy

The BVT Publishing Returns policy applies to all BVT Publishing Products.

BVT Publishing will accept 100% of its products with prior authorization within six (6) months of the original purchase provided the following conditions are met: (Please note exceptions for Custom Publishing titles.)

  • Only new, unused products will be eligible for return.
  • Original invoice must be paid in full.
  • All products being returned must have the authorization number, issued at time of request, on the outside of all boxes being returned. Any returns sent without the authorization number visible, will be refused at the customer's expense.
  • Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • A credit memo will be issued upon receipt of returned products; no cash or credit card refunds will be issued. All credits can be used towards future orders only.

Custom Publishing titles:

  • Prior authorization is required.
  • BVT will accept 20% of its custom products, per item, within one (1) year of the original invoice.
  • Only new, unused products will be eligible for return.
  • Original invoice must be paid in full.
  • All products being returned must have the authorization number, issued at time of request, on the outside of all boxes being returned. Any returns sent without the authorization number visible will be refused at the customer's expense.
  • A credit memo will be issued upon receipt of returned products; no cash or credit card refunds will be issued. All credits can be used towards future orders only.

The return address will be given at the time of authorization request.
