If you would like a refund, all returns require preauthorization which can be obtained by calling 1-800-646-7782 or by emailing support@bvtpublishing.com. NOTE: Ebook+, Softcover+ or Textbook+ products may not be returned if you have redeemed the product key.

Only new, unused products will be eligible for return, shrink-wrap must be in an “unopened” condition. New products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. NOTE: Physical products are subjected to a $5 restocking fee and your shipping cost will not be refunded.
